Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of the Northampton campus, ensuring high standards across teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through coaching, performance management, and staff development while maintaining a strong focus on student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement. Use data effectively to monitor progress, set targets, and improve attainment by developing and delivering the school improvement plan. Act as a visible, approachable leader who builds trust with staff, students, parents, and the wider organisation. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, statutory requirements, and independent school standards while contributing to the wider OneSchool Global network by sharing best practice and supporting broader initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced senior leader within a school setting (e.g. Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, or equivalent)
- A strong classroom practitioner with the ability to model and coach outstanding teaching
- Proven experience of improving student outcomes through effective leadership of teaching and learning
- Confident in using data and assessment to drive performance and inform decision-making
- A visible, approachable leader who builds trust and credibility with staff and students
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and school leadership responsibilities
- Passionate about education, with a commitment to developing both staff and students
