Job Summary
Promote and sell headpiece and accessory products to grow sales, profitability, and meet financial goals while delivering superior customer service. Conduct private appointments, ensure service standards are fulfilled for every client, and provide expert product information. Manage store operations by completing opening and closing procedures, performing quality control on newly received merchandise, and assisting with inventory ticketing and merchandise bag creation for veils. Maintain organized, clean, and safe sales and office areas. Partner with vendors and other departments to resolve customer and merchandise issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
- Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
- Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates ability to work flex style and work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and other work force
- Ability to keep workroom and space clean and organized
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
- Be polite, friendly, helpful to both customer and associates
- Must be able to multitask
- Good memorization skills
