Job Summary
As an intern in Head Hunting, you will take ownership from day one, managing a portfolio of over 500 executives and leaders. You will actively source Geschäftsführer, Führungskräfte, and experienced managers across Germany (80% via LinkedIn, Xing, and direct outreach), buildTalent Pools for leadership roles, and align Buena's M&A pipeline with our Talent Pipeline to ensure immediate leadership readiness after acquisitions. You will engage senior candidates, convincingly present Buena and our vision, and help establish systems to keep talent visible and available long-term. You will work directly with the management team and the M&A teams at our Berlin headquarters, making recruiting a central part of our strategy. Key activities include building candidate networks, conducting conversations with senior talent, and leveraging CRM/AI sourcing tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Student an einer deutschen Universität bist oder warst und ein mindestens sechsmonatiges Vollzeitpraktikum machen möchtest
- Muttersprachlich Deutsch sprichst
- Starkes Signal: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting, Executive Search, Outbound Sales oder CRM gesammelt
- In Berlin in Prenzlauer Berg arbeiten möchtest
