Job Summary
EER Poland is seeking an experienced headhunter to proactively source candidates for international clients. The role requires at least 4 years of end-to-end independent recruitment experience, experience collaborating with hiring managers, strong sourcing capabilities, and English proficiency above B2. The candidate should be able to organize their own workflow, take ownership of results, and understand that clients and candidates are people. The team emphasizes learning opportunities, trust, challenges, and support, with 100% remote work and substantial bonuses based on performance. Required Qualifications
- minimum 4 years experience in end-to-end independent recruitment
- experience working with HM
- English level > B2
- experience in effective sourcing or working with sourcers
- ability to organize own work and take responsibility for outcomes
- understanding that behind 'client' and 'candidate' there are people
- sense of humor and awareness of recruitment in a headhunting company
