Header Operator 2nd Shift

Set up and operate cold formers to manufacture parts to precise specifications, measuring and inspecting components with micrometers and calipers throughout production. Load material, adjust tooling, and position wire through dies while monitoring machine operation to troubleshoot malfunctions and perform minor maintenance. Collaborate on setups and tooling changes, read part prints, and repair or replace worn equipment as needed. Load and unload supplies using overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand trucks, and document all quality data and production records. Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to safety and environmental procedures. Train on the first shift before moving to the second shift role.
