Head Waiter

Lead the front-of-house team throughout service, delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests while maintaining cleanliness and organisation of service areas. Collaborate with managers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service, assist with stock management and table settings, and support the training and development of junior team members. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while contributing to a positive, welcoming atmosphere. This role requires previous front-of-house hospitality experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Based at one of our Cubitt House pubs in London, you will be part of a team celebrated for seasonal British menus and impeccable hospitality.
