Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations based on ingredient knowledge, and proactively check on diners to address any issues. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders, and other team members to ensure efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience as a Head waiter or supervisor in a high-end, high-volume establishment. The role offers up to £18.50 per hour including service charge, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- Ideally have previous experience as a Head waiter/waitress or supervisor role
- Food & drink knowledge
- Have an excellent understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
