Job Summary
Lead and instruct assigned classes as a certified teacher in La Joya ISD, developing and maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning, evaluating student progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff, students, and parents to support student achievement; participate in faculty meetings and co-curricular activities as needed; ensure adherence to TEA rules, district policies, and instructional goals; dedicated to ongoing professional growth and delivery of instructional techniques aligned with district standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned
