Job Summary
Lead veterinary nurse role delivering clinical leadership of the nursing team, leading nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities, patient monitoring and care, admissions and discharges, and providing exceptional client care. Develop the nursing team, ensure regulatory and operational standards compliance, and support the wider Medivet network. Role includes weekend shifts at the 24-hour hospital in Southend-on-Sea, plus on-call cover and bank holidays; opportunity to influence patient welfare and team culture.
