Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team while managing workflow in a busy clinical setting. Support veterinarians with surgical and medical cases, perform general nursing duties including patient care, anaesthesia, pathology, and emergency support, and contribute to ongoing clinic process improvements. Communicate professionally with clients across all touchpoints to maintain a positive, cohesive team environment. This role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience and advanced registration. Located in Ellenbrook, the clinic features a dedicated surgical theatre, separate dog ward, and full in-house laboratory.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Previous experience mentoring or leading nurses
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working in a busy environment
- A supportive, team-first leadership style
- A proactive and reliable approach
