Lead, coach, and mentor the veterinary nursing team while managing daily workflow to support a high-performing clinical environment. Undertake hands-on nursing duties including pre- and post-operative care, anaesthesia and surgical support, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care. Work closely with veterinarians to ensure gold-standard patient care, identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency and processes, and handle client enquiries professionally via person, email, and phone.
