Job Summary
Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team; oversee daily clinic nursing workflows and patient care standards; coordinate surgical and hospitalised patient management; ensure best-practice anaesthesia monitoring and peri-operative care; maintain inventory, ordering, and stock control systems; assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance support; collaborate with vets to improve clinical protocols and efficiency; deliver exceptional client communication and education.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Strong surgical and anaesthesia monitoring skills
- Confident in mentoring and supporting a team
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
