Job Summary
Head Varsity Girls' Softball Coach at Two Rivers High School oversees all aspects of the softball program, connects with and builds the district-wide softball program, and aligns with MSHSL requirements. The role requires developing student athletes with a focus on fundamentals, respect, and responsibility; maintaining discipline and positive conduct; following district and activities department policies; building positive relationships within the school and community; and ensuring safe, structured, and fundamental-based practices. Coaching experience at the high school level or above and a track record of teamwork and professionalism are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Candidate must be able to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Candidate must be self-directed.
- Candidate will have experience competing at the high school or higher level.
- Candidate will have softball coaching experience at the high school level or above.
- Candidate will have proven ability to work cooperatively with student-athletes.
- Candidate will have proven ability to act in a professional manner in adverse situations.
