Head Varsity Flag Football Coach (Spring 2027)

Manage all aspects of the flag football program by collaborating with the director and associate directors of athletics. Lead a coaching staff to develop a positive culture, plan practices to improve individual and team performance, and clearly communicate expectations to players and families. Attend all practices and games while building a cohesive program from Middle School through Upper School. Serve as a role model for students consistent with the high standards of the Country Day community. The spring season begins in mid-February and runs through the end of the school year.
