Job Summary
Organize, lead, and oversee all aspects of the Brave Christian School Boys Volleyball program, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Foster community spirit consistent with the school mission among coaches, student-athletes, and parents while abiding by rules from the Bay Area Conference, North Coast Section, and California Interscholastic Federation. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate assistant coaches; plan practice sessions, coordinate game schedules, travel, and field usage with the athletics department. Represent the school at league meetings and manage equipment, uniforms, and related items. Maintain clear communication with student-athletes, families, and staff regarding expectations, updates, and schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Prior coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level
- Must have a strong understanding of volleyball rules, regulations, fundamentals, strategy, and skill development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor student-athletes
- Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and administrators
