Develop and communicate clear goals for the team and individual players while establishing specific bowling skills. Maintain open communication with students, parents, other coaches, and the Athletic Director to foster self-esteem and a positive self-image. Promote and enforce the student-athlete code of conduct, modeling good sportsmanship and teamwork. Create a safe, healthy environment that supports academic expectations and connects athletic experiences with life lessons. Demonstrate leadership best practices specific to the sport and age group. Commit to a flexible time schedule with consistent, reliable attendance.
