Job Summary
Greet guests, provide event information, and scan tickets to verify entry while assisting with seat location and ADA accommodations. Supervise Ushers and Ticket takers, ensuring they adhere to venue policies and resolving guest complaints or emergencies with a calm, direct approach. Proactively approach guests needing assistance and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor throughout the shift. Work a flexible, event-based schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts lasting 6-8 hours involving significant standing and walking in a loud, fast-paced environment.
