Job Summary
The Head Usher at Broward Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) is responsible for delivering premium customer service and ensuring guest safety during events. This role involves monitoring guest activity, serving as a primary contact for event-related issues, and training volunteers in customer service skills. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, accountability, and a physical presence during events. The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
