Job Summary
Set and own the US PA&PA Immunology strategy as a prioritized portfolio of priorities with explicit patient outcome measures, using data and decision-support platforms to connect strategy, partnerships, and results. Manage and be accountable for securing budgets across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal, allergy, and pipeline assets, ensuring disciplined allocation. Lead and develop a team of US PA&PA leads while serving as a standing member of the US PA&PA Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Teams of the US Immunology Business Unit. Integrate across Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, communications, and Global SPC teams to deliver a consistent Sanofi voice on immunology issues. Lead the US PA&PA interface with Regeneron across the Dupixent portfolio, operating a joint advocacy model with shared funding. This role requires deep therapeutic area leadership combined with enterprise-level contribution, reporting to the VP & Head, US Public Affairs & Patient Advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in a scientific, public health, policy, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or adjacent healthcare sectors
- 7+ years in patient advocacy, public affairs, policy, or market access
