Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales of accounts and credit products. Mentor team members, enforce risk and compliance standards, and champion branch operations to ensure a premier client experience. Act as subject matter expert for branch, educate clients on self-service channels and digital capabilities, and coordinate with partners (FA, mortgage, etc.) to meet client financial needs. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem resolution, and use of digital tools to enhance service delivery, while maintaining branch policies and controls.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Experience with face-to-face customer service
- digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
- Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers is required
- Sales experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic computer and digital tools skills
