Job Summary
Head Universal Banker leads the branch team by modeling service and sales behavior, coaching Universal Bankers and Tellers, and guiding clients and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences. The role champions risk and control, drives lobby leadership, and ensures compliance with bank standards. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling complex transactions and sales activities (opening accounts, credit cards, etc.), educating clients on digital channels, leveraging marketing tools and referrals, connecting clients to specialists, resolving client issues promptly, and fostering a warm, customer-first environment while promoting digital capabilities and self-service options.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Experience with face-to-face customer service
- Digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
- Open, client service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic computer and digital tools skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Retail experience preferred
