Job Summary
Conduct student completions, progress meetings, and academic oversight while providing on-campus support for learners. Collaborate with other teams to support student progression, manage administrative tasks, and demonstrate core values within the Greystone College Academic Team. Maintain composure in diverse work environments, navigate Microsoft 365 and Moodle platforms, and implement strategies aligned with ILSC Education Groups goals. Requires minimum three days of on-campus attendance at the Perth campus, including Saturday work, with full and unrestricted Australian work rights.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of our regulatory framework including ASQA, the SRTOs, ESOS Act & National Code and other legislative instruments
- A 'can do' attitude and commitment to supporting trainers and students
- Ability to perform in a diverse work environment
- Awareness of the needs and challenges of the international student community
- Networking and relationship building and collaboration skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to effectively manage conflict and difficult situations
- Exceptional project management, organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of training and facilitation skills and techniques required for delivering vocational programs, in both face to face and e-learning environments
- Technology skills required to navigate Microsoft 365 programs, Moodle (LMS), Odyssey, SharePoint and other programs and platforms as required
- TAE40110 equivalent or above
- Qualifications in Business, Education or Management
- Other relevant VET qualifications
- Full and unrestricted work rights in Australia required
- This position is people facing
- attendance on campus 3 days a week at a minimum
- This position requires a working day on Saturday
- This position is based at our Perth campus
