Head, Testing & Validation

Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees; responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area; defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager; acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing; ensuring the necessary testing for product validation (both the performance of the tests and the test results); deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on system requirements; responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations; strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager; coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners; drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments; responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational; other duties as assigned.
