Job Summary
Head Teller position in Polson at Whitefish Credit Union. Responsible for supervising teller staff, ensuring accuracy of daily transactions, training and coaching staff, resolving member issues, and ensuring compliance with BSA/NCUA regulations and internal policies. Leads in providing excellent member service, monitors security procedures, approves payment/invoice processes, oversees timecards and scheduling, and participates in community events. Requires effective communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and willingness to travel to other branches. High school diploma or equivalent and teller experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years Teller experience required
- 1-2 supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to travel to other branches
- Complete mandatory annual BSA training that includes Red Flag, Identity Theft, OFAC, CTR and SAR reporting and thresholds, as well as the safe keeping of member information, and passes any applicable tests.
