Job Summary
Manage the teller line, branch cash, and ATM operations while processing member transactions, new accounts, and loan applications. Balance vaults, maintain cash supplies, and oversee ATM equipment. Meet individual sales goals and coach staff on product knowledge and cross-selling. Act as a loan interviewer to disburse loans and handle member service issues with independent judgment. Promote the Credit Union at branch events and conduct outbound sales calls. Track cross sales and perform monthly audits on traveler's checks and money orders.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years financial institution or retail sales experience and/or training
- Ability to use various technical platforms including Microsoft office (excel, word etc.)
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster strong member relationships
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous teller or retail experience
