Job Summary
Implement The Creative Curriculum and its assessment system while supervising children and ensuring a safe, healthy environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Establish positive relationships with families and complete all necessary documentation for NAEYC Accreditation. Advance physical and intellectual competence through daily guidance and professional development activities. Work Monday through Friday during the day with no holidays or weekends, maintaining a commitment to professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- willingness to start working on a Bachelor's Degree within six months of employment
- Must acquire 20 hours of professional development annually
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- at least three years of teaching experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- NAEYC Membership
