Head Swim Instructor

Teach swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels while working with the Aquatics Manager to solve operational challenges and improve teaching techniques. Support and mentor other instructors through feedback during visits, cover classes when needed, and assist with staff meetings and training sessions. Train new instructors on the curriculum and conduct water interviews to recruit great new instructors. Requires National Lifeguard Certification, Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C, and competitive swimming experience is a plus. Flexible schedules and consistent hours are available for those balancing school and other commitments.
