Head Swim Instructor

Teach swim lessons for kids and adults across all skill levels while collaborating with the Aquatics Supervisor to refine teaching techniques. Mentor and support other instructors through direct feedback during visits and conduct water interviews to recruit new staff. Train new hires on the curriculum and assist with staff meetings and training sessions to maintain team standards. Cover classes as needed to ensure seamless operations. This part-time role requires National Lifeguard Certification, SFA & CPR-C, and two years of teaching experience.
