Head Swim Coach - North Royalton YMCA

Head Swim Team Coach at the North Royalton YMCA oversees the preparation, planning, and operation of swim team practices at the assigned branch, coordinates with another branch for competitive meets, and recruits volunteers. Qualifications emphasize 18+ age, strong communication skills, required Swim Experience, Lifeguard certification, YMCA coaching certifications after hire, CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and willingness to obtain additional USA Swimming instructor certifications within 30 days; prior coaching experience and familiarity with Team & Meet Manager Software are preferred.
