Job Summary
Head Swim Coach leads the aquatics program, overseeing practices, meets, staff development, and program administration; recruits and retains participants; hires and evaluates assistant coaches; coordinates volunteers and meet logistics; communicates with families, swimmers, and staff; and contributes to budgeting, communications, and ensuring a safe, high-quality member experience. CPR/AED and First Aid certification are required, as is a high school diploma or GED. The role involves planning and leading practices, supervising swimmers, attending meets, and maintaining program standards.
