Head, Supply Chain (SCM)

Head of Supply Chain responsible for overseeing logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods across locations. Leads initiatives to improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and delivery performance; builds and mentors a high-performing team; evaluates and implements WMS and routing/dispatch technologies; tracks KPIs (inventory turnover, fill rate, order cycle time, on-time delivery, productivity per labor hour, space utilization); partners with IT and business intelligence for real-time decision-making; and prepares executive reports coordinating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with demand forecasts, seasonal activity, and promotional activities.
