Job Summary
Oversee the STA function and supplier management, driving effective supplier evaluation and approval processes including PPAP/FAI requirements. Lead root cause analysis at the supplier interface, ensuring rapid 8D report submission for quality and delivery issues. Collaborate with Plant Quality Assurance to enforce CQI process compliance and maintain confidence in enhanced supplier process controls. Deliver right product on right time with minimum turn-around time for eliminating reported supplier issues.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Supplier Management
- Knowledge and experience in Supplier evaluation and approval process, including PPAP/FAI requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Supplier processes, including Casting, Painting, Coating & other CQI processes
- Knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analysis at Supplier Interface
- Knowledge and experience in the Supplier assessment / evaluation process
