Job Summary
Lead, develop, and manage the coaching staff to deliver top-quality training and member experience. Coach group classes, small groups, and private sessions while overseeing workouts and ensuring safe, effective programming with proper form modification. Uphold company policies, foster a motivating environment, and build community relationships to maximize client retention. Educate athletes on strength, speed, and nutrition. Required Qualifications
- CSCS certification
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- 2+ years of strength and conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse coaching staff
- Drug-free workplace compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Collegiate and/or professional sports experience
- An existing client base and local community connections
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field
- Experience in athletic-based group training
