Job Summary
Lead the coaching team to deliver high-quality workouts and a best-in-class member experience. Coach athletes across youth, adult, and team sessions, oversee personal training operations, hire and develop coaching staff, ensure sessions reflect D1 Training standards, drive member engagement and retention, and collaborate with sales to onboard new members. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a strong team culture, developing staff, and delivering performance-based results across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or performance coaching
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
