Job Summary
Head of Strategic and Reputational Risk Management responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the bank's risk management framework; lead strategic risk assessments, monitor reputational risks, and provide advisory support to business units to align activities with risk standards; oversee risk reporting to executive management and the Board; lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external regulators, media, and industry bodies; mentor the Risk Management team and drive cross-functional collaboration; leverage analytics and dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to monitor KPIs and scenario analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in risk management or related area within the Banking Sector.
- A master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- A recognized professional certification in risk management will be an added advantage.
