Job Summary
Lead and oversee the NA and Global SPC Strategic Business Partner program, managing a team that collaborates with Commercial, Medical and enabling functions to provide Ethics & Business Integrity guidance, assess compliance-related matters, and report to senior management. Drive governance for executive committees (U.S. Compliance Committee, Quarterly Assurance Meeting, Specialty Care GBU Days, and E&BI Town Halls), deliver training on global healthcare requirements, and provide timely compliance advice and risk assessments. Partner with North America and Global E&BI, Legal, People and Culture, Field Operations, Transparency, Finance and other functions to implement local and global requirements, maintain Code of Conduct alignment, and lead integration of AI innovation into compliance programs and business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, JD or other advanced degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of life sciences/pharmaceutical/healthcare experience
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a large, matrixed organization
- Excellent written, oral, and executive presentation skills
