Head Stocker

Head Stocker leads the stocking team to keep the sales floor and backroom fully stocked, organized, and maintained to company standards. Responsibilities include unloading and stocking deliveries, ensuring shelves are full and properly faced, executing planograms and promotional displays, supervising and coaching stockers, assigning daily tasks, and maintaining an organized backroom with accurate inventory rotation (FIFO). The role supports inventory counts, identifies out-of-stocks and shrink risks, monitors productivity, processes deliveries quickly, enforces safety policies (pallet jacks, carts), and upholds store presentation and operational excellence. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required in a fast-paced retail environment with physical requirements like lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. May involve early mornings, evenings, or weekend/holiday shifts.
