Job Summary
Assist classroom staff with daily activities, manage the environment, and maintain positive relationships with parents while ensuring children's safety and well-being. Tends to personal hygiene needs including diapering, feeding, and clothing changes, and communicates consistent messages regarding medical conditions and program services. Greets families warmly, models a calm attitude, and follows all safety and sanitation policies. Requires First Aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire. As needed substitute role for Tri-Valley Opportunity Council in Sleepy Eye, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Have or obtain within 90 days of hire a First Aid and CPR Certification
- Excellent communication skills
