Job Summary
Seasonal Substitute Classroom Aide responsibilities include assisting classroom staff with daily activities and classroom management, establishing positive relationships with parents, knowing medical conditions/allergies of children, communicating with parents per Data Privacy policies, assisting with safety/sanitation, diapering and supervising children, using disciplinary policies appropriately, and providing a safe classroom and playground environment. Requires obtaining First Aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire and maintaining it. Suitable for individuals 16+ with strong communication skills, ability to work with young children and families, and comfort with computers. Job located in Owatonna, MN; in-person role with hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
