HEAD START - RXII - Substitute Classroom Aide, Seasonal

Assist classroom staff with daily activities and manage the classroom environment while substituting for absent personnel. Maintain safe, clean, and caring conditions by tending to children's personal hygiene needs, including diapering and feeding, and ensure all safety and sanitation policies are followed. Communicate consistently with parents regarding their children's needs and program services while respecting data privacy boundaries. Monitor children's well-being at all times, address medical conditions such as allergies, and report any incidents of abuse immediately. Greets families warmly and collaborates with the team to implement activities. Requires First Aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
