Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through daily classroom management and curriculum implementation. Call the shots on licensing guidelines, company standards, and Head Start program requirements to ensure compliance. Communicate sincerely with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success. This role requires an Associate's Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education, experience leading classrooms, and the ability to engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors.
