Job Summary
ERSEA Specialist responsible for monitoring recruitment, eligibility, selection, enrollment and attendance systems in Head Start programs, maintaining a data information management system, and developing reports to support timely and accurate program information. Ensures enrollment levels meet targets, maintains waiting lists, analyzes attendance and enrollment data, and supports planning within the ERSEA services component. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred), 2+ years in a preschool program, strong Excel/Word skills, reliable transportation with a CA driver license, and compliance with health requirements. Onsite location in Los Angeles, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a preschool program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid California Driver License in good standing with DMV
- Must meet State health requirements including physical examination and immunization clearances
