Job Summary
Conduct food preparation and cleanup while maintaining kitchen organization. Manage accurate recordkeeping to keep operations running smoothly. Lead health and nutrition activities that encourage healthy choices among young children. Perform light janitorial duties as needed and assist with recruitment and enrollment efforts. Maintain up-to-date records and support the Head Start Teacher in creating a learning environment that builds independence. This 30-hour weekly union position offers a salary range of $16.28 to $23.24 per hour with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma/GED
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Food Safety Certification
- Willingness to get certified within 3 months
