Head Start Center Supervisor

Manage day-to-day center operations by supervising instructional staff, ensuring curriculum planning and record-keeping align with State regulations and Head Start Performance Standards. Guide staff through training, plan monthly meetings, and monitor child screenings while implementing transition plans and case conferencing. Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate environment by conducting daily housekeeping, following sanitation procedures, and ordering supplies within budget. Participate in parent committee meetings, enrollment activities, and mealtime monitoring for the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Substitute in classrooms as needed. This role supports CAPSLO's mission to effectively run the center and serve children and families in San Luis Obispo County.
