Head Start Center Supervisor

Monitor and implement Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC criteria, and licensing requirements to ensure quality early childhood programming and family engagement. Supervise site staff including teachers and assistants while performing classroom duties, ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and properly stocked. Collaborate with the Trauma Resilience Coach, Early Head Start Assistant Manager, and Education Manager to oversee voucher processes and recruitment efforts. Maintain accurate program reports and ensure classroom behavior indicators meet CLASS benchmarks. Provide day-to-day guidance to Center Support Supervisors, teachers, and custodians. At the Brightpoint Hanna Creighton site, oversee attendance entry and site relationships with the landlord.
