Head Start Assistant Teacher- Grace Early Learning Center

Assist classroom teachers with supervising and implementing age-appropriate activities for children in a child development center program. Provide nurturing care to all students, maintain accurate rosters, and ensure the daily schedule is followed. Serve meals and snacks, complete daily parent reports, and maintain orderly program spaces while complying with state regulations and risk management standards. Respond to incidents following the established management process and uphold positive communication with parents and team members. Maintain required training hours and attend staff meetings to support the YMCA's vision of strengthening community through youth development and healthy living.
