Job Summary
Oversee the Squash Program by providing quality programming for all levels, ages, and abilities, including coaching teams, teaching lessons, and running tournaments. Coordinate and administer league play, ladders, round robins, and championships while managing the section budget in collaboration with the Director of Racquets. Ensure all contractors renew annually with required background checks and insurance, enforce club rules, and maintain safe court conditions. Train and supervise staff, prepare annual reports, and develop the program and events schedule with the Section Committee. Maintain high-level communications with sport governing bodies and order trophies for events.
Required Qualifications
- Squash Canada Level III Certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent communications, public relations, and organizational skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent oral and written English
