Head Speech and Debate Coach

Head Speech and Debate Coach at Palmer Ridge High School in the Lewis-Palmer School District (Monument, CO). Responsible for leading the speech and debate program, hiring and managing coaching staff, developing the budget and fundraising, purchasing, and creating the season schedule. Manages all season practices and contests and maintains parent communication about program activities during in-season and off-season. Collaborates with other programs to encourage multi-activity participation.
