Head Softball Coach

Lead the high school softball program for Fergus Falls Public Schools for the 2026-27 season (season begins mid March 2026). Responsibilities include planning and directing practices and games, developing student-athlete skills and sportsmanship, collaborating with the Activities Director, ensuring safety and compliance with district policies, and serving as the primary coach and mentor for female softball athletes. Position requires coordinating with school administration and staff, maintaining program integrity, and upholding district expectations for eligibility and conduct. Applicants will undergo a background check following conditional offer and may be subject to veteran’s preference where applicable.
