Job Summary
Senior-level Head of Sales Force Excellence leading end-to-end SFE design, governance, and transformation across global pharmaceutical markets. Responsible for sales force design and territory optimization using advanced analytics and geospatial modelling, developing customer targeting and call planning strategies, and building scalable learning programs for capability enablement. Requires deep consulting experience with top pharmaceutical clients, data-driven decision making, CRM/analytics tool proficiency (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI), and the ability to drive cross-country SFE initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical SFE consulting with global exposure
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering and MBA
- Strong command of CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce)
- Analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and data science tools
- Experience in Sales Force Design, Territory Optimization, and governance
- Proven ability to lead global SFE transformation programs across multiple geographies
- Knowledge of geospatial modelling, customer targeting, and call planning
- Experience designing scalable learning programs and capability enablement across regions
- Pharma commercial models, healthcare systems understanding
